Sima Kumari was selected by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) in November 2014. Due to his good performance in shooting in 2015, he got selected for sports shooting. In 2017 Sima Kumari was selected for the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) Sport Shooting Team.Sima Kumari won 26 medals in shooting from 2017 to till date. As part of her career in the indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP), she is employed in Sport Shooting in Panchkula, Haryana.
